A fast-growing technology organization is hiring a Product Owner to support the development of digital products. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring product features are delivered with accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyse requirements from Product, Development, Design, and Marketing teams.
  • Translate ideas and needs into workflow diagrams, business specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure features meet business expectations.
  • Support project planning, solution testing, and user training.
  • Identify issues and recommend improvements to enhance processes and product quality.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • B.S degree/ B.A degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or Finance
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of software development and requirement analysis.
  • Experience writing specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • Stable work history (minimum 2 years per company).
  • Experience working with digital products.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience in software testing or user training.
