Engineering Manager

Korean-based international Engineering & Manufacturing company specializing in Process module skids for Power plants & Refinery Plants. Engineering in Vietnam, Manufacturing in Korea. Multiple annual Korea factory visits required.

Công ty Kỹ thuật & Sản xuất quốc tế có trụ sở tại Hàn Quốc, chuyên về module skid quy trình cho Nhà máy điện & Nhà máy lọc dầu. Kỹ thuật tại Việt Nam, Sản xuất tại Hàn Quốc. Yêu cầu thăm nhà máy Hàn Quốc nhiều lần trong năm.

Key Responsibilities / Trách nhiệm chính:
1. Team Leadership & Management / Lãnh đạo & Quản lý Đội ngũ:
Lead and manage a team of 8-15 package engineers

Technical mentorship and professional development

Performance evaluations and career planning

Engineer recruitment and training program development

Lãnh đạo và quản lý đội ngũ 8-10 kỹ sư package Hướng dẫn kỹ thuật và phát triển nghề nghiệp Đánh giá hiệu suất và lập kế hoạch sự nghiệp Tuyển dụng kỹ sư và phát triển chương trình đào tạo

2. Project Management / Quản lý Dự án:
Oversee multiple concurrent projects

Ensure compliance with international standards

Coordinate with Korean headquarters and clients

Budget and resource management

Giám sát nhiều dự án đồng thời Đảm bảo tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn quốc tế Phối hợp với trụ sở Hàn Quốc và khách hàng Quản lý ngân sách và nguồn lực

3. Technical Leadership / Lãnh đạo Kỹ thuật:
Review and approve complex engineering designs

Drive continuous improvement in design processes

Lead technical problem-solving

Stay current with industry trends

Xem xét và phê duyệt các thiết kế kỹ thuật phức tạp Thúc đẩy cải tiến liên tục trong quy trình thiết kế Dẫn dắt giải quyết vấn đề kỹ thuật Cập nhật xu hướng ngành

4. Business Development / Phát triển Kinh doanh:
Client meetings and technical presentations

Prepare and review sales technical proposals

Support business development activities

Maintain stakeholder relationships

Cuộc họp khách hàng và thuyết trình kỹ thuật Chuẩn bị và xem xét đề xuất kỹ thuật bán hàng Hỗ trợ hoạt động phát triển kinh doanh Duy trì mối quan hệ với các bên liên quan

Requirements / Yêu cầu:
Education / Học vấn:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Master's degree preferred

Bằng cử nhân Kỹ thuật Cơ khí hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan Ưu tiên bằng Thạc sĩ

Experience / Kinh nghiệm:
Minimum 10+ years in same industry (Power Plant & Oil/Gas/Refinery)

Minimum 5+ years in management roles

Continuous employment at one company preferred

Proven track record in power plants, refineries, petrochemical facilities

International project management experience

Tối thiểu 10+ năm trong cùng ngành (Nhà máy điện & Dầu khí/Lọc dầu) Tối thiểu 5+ năm trong vai trò quản lý Ưu tiên làm việc liên tục tại một công ty Thành tích chứng minh trong nhà máy điện, lọc dầu, hóa dầu Kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án quốc tế

Technical Skills / Kỹ năng Kỹ thuật:
Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling tools

Expert knowledge in piping design, P&ID development, and instrumentation

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems

Knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, NFPA, etc.)

Thành thạo cao cấp các công cụ mô hình 3D Kiến thức chuyên gia về thiết kế đường ống, P&ID và thiết bị đo lường Hiểu biết sâu về hệ thống cơ khí, điện và thiết bị đo lường Kiến thức về các mã và tiêu chuẩn quốc tế (ASME, API, NFPA, v.v.)

Language Skills / Kỹ năng Ngôn ngữ:
English fluency (spoken & written) - REQUIRED

Korean language skills advantageous

Vietnamese proficiency for local team communication

Thông thạo tiếng Anh (nói và viết) - BẮT BUỘC Kỹ năng tiếng Hàn là lợi thế Thành thạo tiếng Việt để giao tiếp với đội ngũ địa phương
