1. Program Coordination
- Support the Program Team in coordinating activities across all REACH training centers.
- Serve as focal point for communication with center managers and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Assist in developing program work plans and track progress against deliverables.

2. Cross-Departmental Coordination
- Liaise with HR, Finance, Communications, and M&E departments to align program needs with organizational systems.
- Facilitate timely collection and consolidation of data, reports, and success stories.
- Coordinate inputs for donor reports, ensuring consistency and quality.

3. Monitoring & Reporting
- Track program implementation timelines and budgets with Finance and M&E.
- Prepare internal progress updates for management review.
- Support donor reporting processes by consolidating programmatic and financial inputs.

4. Event & Training Support
- Assist in organizing trainings, workshops, donor visits, and program events.
- Coordinate logistics for inter-center activities and cross-regional meetings.

5. Administrative & Strategic Support
- Provide administrative and programmatic support to the Program Team.
- Contribute to proposal development by compiling inputs from different teams.
- Support strategic initiatives such as cross-project learning, innovation pilots, and stakeholder engagement.

**Work Location**

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in NGO project management or program coordination.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including donors, local partners, and community groups.
- Skills: Strong organizational and coordination skills, excellent communication in Vietnamese and English, proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with MIS/project management tools is an advantage.
- Personal Attributes: Motivated, proactive, team player, detail-oriented, with willingness to travel occasionally.
