**Mô tả công việc**:
Với vai trò Fresher Business Analyst (BA), bạn sẽ được hướng dẫn và làm việc cùng đội ngũ BA chuyên nghiệp để:

- **Hỗ trợ phân tích nghiệp vụ**: Tham gia tìm hiểu, phân tích và đề xuất các cải tiến cho quy trình kinh doanh hiện tại và các sản phẩm/tính năng mới.
- **Hỗ trợ tài liệu hóa**: Học cách xây dựng và duy trì các tài liệu nghiệp vụ cơ bản như BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), User Stories.
- **Hỗ trợ dự án**: Tham gia vào các giai đoạn của dự án phát triển phần mềm theo mô hình Agile/Scrum, bao gồm hỗ trợ trong các buổi họp yêu cầu, kiểm thử sản phẩm.
- **Nghiên cứu & Học hỏi**: Tìm hiểu về các công nghệ mới, đặc biệt là ứng dụng của AI/ML trong lĩnh vực tài chính, chứng khoán để đề xuất các ý tưởng cải tiến.
- **Hỗ trợ dữ liệu**: Học cách trích xuất và phân tích dữ liệu cơ bản bằng SQL để phục vụ cho việc phân tích nghiệp vụ.
- Làm cầu nối giao tiếp cơ bản giữa các bên liên quan (kinh doanh, phát triển, kiểm thử).
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của quản lý hoặc đội ngũ BA.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp các chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Kinh tế, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Tài chính, hoặc các ngành liên quan có nền tảng kiến thức và kinh nghiệm thực tập liên quan.
- Có kinh nghiệm từ 6 tháng đến 1 năm làm việc với vị trí BA, hoặc là Fresher với nền tảng kiến thức rất tốt và kinh nghiệm thực tập liên quan.
- Có tư duy logic tốt, khả năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề.
- Đam mê học hỏi, chủ động, và có tinh thần cầu tiến, đặc biệt trong lĩnh vực Fintech và chứng khoán.
- Có kiến thức nền tảng về cơ sở dữ liệu (SQL) là một lợi thế.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có tìm hiểu về quy trình Agile/Scrum.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm tốt.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có thể thực tập toàn thời gian.
