You will lead a team of three finance professionals, driving a commercially focused approach with a growth mindset. This position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with various stakeholders to influence and impact both top and bottom-line performance.

Description

1. Team Leadership:

- Manage and mentor a team of three finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance and support for professional development, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver high-quality financial insights.

2. Commercial Focus:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's commercial objectives.
- Drive initiatives to optimize revenue, control costs, and enhance overall profitability.

3. Strategic Financial Planning:

- Lead the development and execution of the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management, aiding in decision-making processes.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations, to understand business dynamics and influence financial outcomes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

5. Performance Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and support data-driven decision-making.

6. Continuous Improvement:

- Implement and champion a growth mindset within the finance team and across the organization.
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities.

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and its financial dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on driving business results.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management and development.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
