**Requirements**:
1. **Experience**:

- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in IMC, digital marketing, or a related field within an agency or corporate environment.
- Proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns and driving measurable results.

2. **Marketing Expertise**:

- Strong understanding of IMC principles, including digital, social media, influencer, PR, and traditional marketing.
- Experience managing large-scale campaigns with multiple stakeholders.

3. **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards.
