Specific Responsibilities Would Include:
- Purchase Order Preparation: Manage the creation of approximately 3,000 purchase lines.
- Division Purchasing Summary:
o Confirm sales team’s sales orders.
o Validate FOB (Free on Board) and margin details.
o Oversee order allocation.
o Confirm ex-factory and shipment dates.
o Ensure retailer delivery dates are met.
o Confirm ETA for ports.
- Shipment Management: Monitor shipment plans, bookings, and document submissions.
- Production Planning: Create and oversee production plans, addressing any production issues as they arise.
- Supplier Management:
- Handle supplier quotations, negotiations, and analysis.
- Conduct supplier visits and production line inspections.
- Follow up on pre-production samples.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed item specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, production management, or related field
- Strong negotiation skills
- Energetic, responsible, goal-oriented, and a good team player
- Background in licensing business is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
