We are looking for a Senior Merchandiser and/or Merchandiser to manage our mid-high end US retail client Arhaus with potential to work with other similar level clients as well. A high level of English skill is required and Chinese language skills are a big plus The majority of the products will be case goods, however there may also be some outdoor and upholstery products as well.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

- sourcing appropriate suppliers based on customer inquiries
- managing product development and costing
- collaborating with clients and suppliers
- negotiating purchasing terms and costs to fulfill buyer requirements
- interfacing with customers and vendors/factories, assessing and selecting potential suppliers based on capability and facilities
- monitoring on-time delivery and preparing itineraries for buyer visits.
- Managing a small team of merchandisers and support staff

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Applicants should have:

- a minimum of five years of experience in sourcing/merchandising for trading/agency companies, with a focus on the US market and high end furniture a big plus.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, listening, and reading) is essential.
- A university/college degree is required.
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team, a strong sense of responsibility, and adaptability to work under pressure and handle challenging tasks.
- Chinese language skill is a big plus
