Position summary: This position is responsible for scheduling, tracking, and reporting on production planning to ensure efficient and uninterrupted production and product flow to our customers. Work closely with the Production team to meet the needs of our customers while satisfying quality, inventory, cost and delivery requirements. Coordinate with Warehouse and material planner and other departments to ensure reporting on material issues as they relate to scheduling of production and solving shipment issues related to production.

Main task:
Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
Shift scheduling according to production needs
Monitor production orders status to ensure they will finish on time
Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production
Collect information about production output (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
Prepare and submit production status and performance reports
Keep paperwork organized
Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
