- **Services**: Over the Phone Interpretation and Video Remote Interpreting
- **Client Base**: American clients, so availability on demand in USA time zones is required.
- **Employment Type**: Freelance

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and professional interpretation services over the phone and via video conferencing.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between English-speaking clients and Vietnamese-speaking individuals.
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality during interpretation sessions.
- Adhere to the company’s standards and guidelines for interpreting services.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
- Proven experience in interpretation, especially over the phone and via video.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for video interpreting.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work on demand according to USA time zones.
- Acceptance of the company’s payment terms to receive job offers.
