- We run B2B trade events in the market. As a member of the marketing team, this role will be responsible for the planning and implementation of Public Relations campaigns & Conference coordination to achieve business targets and objectives. _

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- ** PR**:

- Design, write and produce presentations, press releases, articles, journals, speeches, reports, information for the events’ related activities.
- Build positive relationship with stakeholders, media representatives & the public. Deal with and answer inquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations.
- Generate the media strategy & manage the implemented media plan to drive the best outcomes
- Undertake relevant market and industry research.
- Prepare and supervise the production of promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs.
- ** Conference**:

- Organize promotional activities for the trade events such as press conferences, opening ceremonies, press and VIP tours.
- Invite the media representatives to the press conferences & follow up the contents.
- Coordinate with marketing team to ensure the operation & administration of specific conferences are delivered efficiently
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
- Conduct pre
- and post
- conference evaluations and report on outcomes. Analyse feedback from speakers and delegates.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

**Qualifications**
- Degree holder in Public Relations / Communications / Marketing
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good writing skill in Vietnamese & English
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing effective PR campaigns through various channels.
- Cooperative, flexible and creative
- Capable to work under pressure in tight deadlines
