ABOUT THE JOB:
We are looking for a PR Executive specialized in Automotive who takes part in Automotive Division of S&S Group. We represent multiple world-class automotive brands in Vietnam and executing communication between brands and local media.

The incumbent will have the opportunity to understand and improve PR skills within luxury industry as well as automotive and implementing global concepts into local contexts.

This person should possess writing skills, strong English comprehensive skill, socializing skill and ability to research information of luxury automotive service and products.

Reports operationally to: PR Manager

Reports functionally to: Brand Principles

The roles and responsibilities of the PR Executive - Automotive Division include but are not limited to:
1. Conducting communication contents:

- Conduct communication audits to determine publicity goals.
- Conduct PR articles to educate market about luxury industry and brand products/services.
- Plan and implement public relations strategies.
- Promote and maintain the public’s perception of our brand through media coverage and product placement opportunities.
- Manage and prevent reputational risk to our brand.
- Draft written, verbal, and visual content that will promote the public image of the brand(s).
- Develop relationships with media, relevant organisations and KOLs.
- Measure the success of public relations activities and campaigns according to set KPIs.
- Produce and present reports on all public relations activities and KPIs.
- Draft and seek approvals from Marketing Director and brand principles for formal speeches of BOD at event, potential interview questions, appropriated responses.
- Draft and manage public relations budgets.

2. Develop annual plan of events for brands within the group:

- Handle multiple requests from multi brands.
- Plan and create an integrated for PR section within master plan for whole year

3. Execute events according to plan:

- Work with agencies to build details execution PR session for each event.
- Seek approvals from Marketing Director and brand principals.
- Manage on-site at event execution during PR section.
- Collaborate with departments to execute event.

4. Report:

- Report media coverage evaluation to Marketing Director and brand principals after conducting event.

5. Personal development:

- Attend training by brands to generate knowledge about latest luxury event concept.
- Continuously improve technical and management skills.
- Continuously improve knowledge about automotive news and trends.

6. Team-effort duties:

- Contribute to team effort by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to enhance the quality of work and services; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed.

- Other tasks and responsibilities assigned to the Employee by the Company which may be adjusted from time to time.

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or relevant fields.

2. Employment/Professional Experience: Accepting fresh graduate. Experience working in/with luxury brands is a plus.
