**Nhiệm vụ DevOps Engineer**
- Thiết kế, xây dựng và bảo trì cở sở hạ tầng cloud, on-premise phù hợp với nhu cầu của LTH
- Viết mã và cấu hình các công cụ tự động hóa trong qui trình DevOps
- Thiết kế và thực hiện giám sát hệ thống, duy trì tính khả dụng, hiệu suất, độ tin cậy và khả năng mở rộng cao của hệ thống, đồng thời đảm bảo an ninh cho hệ thống.
- Làm việc với các nhóm Dev để hiểu nhu cầu của họ và thiết kế các quy trình DevOps phù hợp.
- Xác định và giải quyết các vấn đề trong quy trình DevOps.
- Khắc phục sự cố liên quan đến các công cụ và quy trình DevOps.
- Hợp tác, trao đổi cở mở giữa các nhóm khác nhau trong công ty để cùng phát triển và giải quyết vấn đề nhanh chóng.
- Theo dõi hiệu quả của quy trình DevOps và đề xuất các cải tiến.
- Cập nhật các công cụ DevOps và học hỏi các kỹ năng mới.
- Phát triển và duy trì tài liệu, hồ sơ liên quan đến môi trường, hạ tầng của các product
- **Yêu cầu**:
**Chuyên môn**:

- Có nền tảng vững chắc về quản trị Linux/Unix, network
- Có trình độ thành thạo về các nền tảng cloud.
- Hiểu biết tốt về TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, SSH, SFTP, RTSP, cân bằng tải và DNS
- Có kinh nghiệm với các công nghệ container như Docker và Kubernetes, bao gồm Helm charts.
- Có kinh nghiệm vững chắc với các công cụ CI/CD như Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
- Thành thạo các ngôn ngữ lập trình như Python, Shell hoặc PowerShell
- Có kinh nghiệm về Nginx Ingress, Envoy hoặc Istio để quản lý giao tiếp giữa các dịch vụ vi mô, định tuyến lưu lượng truy cập và khả năng quan sát. Kinh nghiệm thực tế trong việc vận hành và bảo trì các cơ sở dữ liệu RDBMS/NoSQL chuyên sâu và các công cụ tìm kiếm (ví dụ: MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch ).
- Yêu cầu có kinh nghiệm trong việc thiết lập các nền tảng quan sát bao gồm Prometheus, Istio, Grafana, v.v.
- Kinh nghiệm và hiểu biết về các ứng dụng web và các công nghệ liên quan (RESTful API/SOAP, CDN, v.v.).

**Kỹ năng mềm**:

- Có tư duy devops, tư duy phát triển product.
- Khả năng làm việc nhóm (Bình tĩnh, Hợp tác, Tập trung giải quyết vấn đề, Không tự cao, Tin tưởng và Tôn trọng )
- Có tư duy phân tích, kỹ năng giao tiếp
