- We are seeking an exceptional Senior DevOps Engineer to join our elite engineering team in Vietnam. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our cutting-edge AI product, impacting the lives of billions globally. **Responsibilities**
- **End-to-End Ownership**: Take full ownership of the DevOps lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and maintenance.
- **Advanced Automation**: Develop sophisticated automation frameworks to streamline deployment, monitoring, and incident response processes.
- **Scalability and Reliability**: Design and implement highly scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions to support millions of users.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align DevOps strategies with business goals.
- **Security and Compliance**: Develop and enforce security best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- **Performance Optimization**: Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
- **Innovation and Experimentation**: Drive innovation by experimenting with new tools and technologies to improve deployment processes and system performance.
- **Global Infrastructure Management**: Manage and optimize global infrastructure, ensuring consistent performance and availability across multiple regions.
- **Leadership and Mentorship**: Lead and mentor junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

**Your skills and experience**:

- **8+ years of relevant experience** in DevOps, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects.
- Expertise in implementing CI/CD pipelines for diverse scenarios, including mobile development.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS, Linux, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Proficiency with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, and monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
- Advanced skills in Application Performance Management (APM) and infrastructure monitoring and alerting.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash and Python.
- Experience working in high-performing product teams, with a focus on delivering scalable and reliable solutions.
- In-depth understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements in a DevOps context.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with advanced technologies such as AI/ML for DevOps (AIOps), serverless computing, and edge computing.
