Research Analyst

**POSITION OVERVIEW/ TỔNG QUAN VỊ TRÍ**:

- To assist the Research Manager/ Head of Research to assemble information, maintain databases and draft reports/ Hỗ trợ Quản lý//Trưởng bộ phận nghiên cứu thu thập thông tin, duy trì cơ sở dữ liệu và soạn thảo báo cáo._

**RESPONSIBILITIES /**_**TRÁCH NHIỆM**:_
- Update/ improve database and analyze outcome to provide the insights / _Cập nhật/cải thiện cơ sở dữ liệu và phân tích kết quả để cung cấp đánh giá nhận định._
- Leading data research in close cooperation with clients and colleagues to satisfy project requirements / _Nghiên cứu các dữ liệu hàng đầu cùng với việc hợp tác chặt chẽ với khách hàng và đồng nghiệp để đáp ứng các yêu cầu của dự án_
- Conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods / _Tiến hành phân tích dữ liệu chuyên sâu bằng các phương pháp truyền thống và nâng cao_
- Writing/ developing reports and documents containing actionable recommendations / _Viết/phát triển các báo cáo và tài liệu chứa các khuyến nghị khả thi_
- Travel to other provinces or cities for market research, if necessary / _Đi công tác các tỉnh, thành phố khác để nghiên cứu thị trường (nếu cần)_
- Understand expectations of clients and design surveys to meet projects requirement _/ Hiểu được mong đợi của khách hàng và khảo sát thiết kế để đáp ứng yêu cầu của dự án_
- Manage client expectations regarding the depth of analysis contained within deliverables and on the timeliness of deliverables / _Quản lý kỳ vọng của khách hàng về độ phân tích chuyên sâu và tính kịp thời trong các sản phẩm bàn giao_
- Liaise with the property management, agency and other departments within the company to ensure a total understanding of the property market _/ Liên lạc với ban quản lý, đại lý và các bộ phận khác trong công ty để đảm bảo hiểu biết tổng thể về thị trường bất động sản_
- Maintain the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality at all times _/ Duy trì các tiêu chuẩn cao nhất về đạo đức và bảo mật_
- Maintain a detailed understanding of land law and other relevant legal issues Vietnam / _Duy trì sự hiểu biết chi tiết về luật đất đai và các vấn đề pháp lý có liên quan khác của Việt Nam._
- Any other duties as required / _Các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu._

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Education /** _**Học vấn**:_ Formal undergraduation in economics, finance, administration, and urban planning / _Tốt nghiệp đại học chính quy các ngành kinh tế, tài chính, quản trị và quy hoạch đô thị_

**Communication skills /**_**Kỹ năng giao tiếp**:_Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers / _Kỹ năng xã hội, đàm phán, giao tiếp tốt để làm việc với đồng nghiệp và khách hàng;_

**PC skills /**_**Tin học văn phòng**:_The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information / _Có khả năng làm việc với nguồn dữ liệu công nghệ như cơ sở dữ liệu và bảng tính để thu thập và quản lý thông tin._

**Experience** **/**_**Kinh nghiệm**:_Minimum of 1 years’ experience / _Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm_

**Language** / _**Ngoại ngữ**:_Proficient English (both speaking and writing) / _Thành thạo tiếng Anh (Nói và viết)._
