Services

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Communicate with guests, other employees, or departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Respond to and try to fulfil any special event arrangements.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Manage (and fill) our events calendar.
- Build and maintain customer relationship.
- Determine sales goals.
- Collaborate with our chef on menu requests.
- Negotiate contracts and assist with accounts receivable.
- Work with the marketing to develop promotional materials.
- Work and support sales team on social media and follow up.
- Develop promotions or specialty packages to entice new customers.
- Develop Synergies Partner for Collaborations.
- Contact international and Local company regarding corporate event all year around and especially during festive season.
- Work together with Operation team and Chef to create sales Kit menu, benefits and more.
- Develop sales brochure to be use during business meeting with clients/companies.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Computer literacy skills
- Written and Spoken English
- Exceptional, interpersonal, communication/presentation skills
- Independent, sociable, energetic, presentable, creative with strong leadership
- Decision maker and influencer - public speaking
- Ability to communicate with the team and other departments
- Pro-active, takes initiative to complete tasks
- Organized, prioritizes tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate and build strong relationships with internal/external customers
- Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales & Events Manager for restaurant, especially Japanese restaurant.
