Technical Leadership
Design, architect, and implement scalable and reliable software solutions.
Provide technical direction and set coding standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines.

Team Leadership

Who are we looking for? Technical Skills
**Required**: Strong expertise in Node.js and React.js for backend and frontend development, respectively.
**Bonus Skills**: Familiarity with Python and experience in AI/ML technologies will be a plus.
Expertise in system architecture, design patterns, and scalable infrastructure.
Strong experience with [cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, databases, etc.].
Knowledge of agile methodologies and development practices.
Leadership and Communication
Experience leading engineering teams or technical projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of software development experience, including leadership or mentorship roles.
Previous experience in high-growth agile startups is a plus but not a requirement.
