**A -** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**I - Distribution agent operations**
- Manage the opening and closing of trading accounts of investors.
- Perform the verification of customer identification information (KYC) and procedures related to anti-money laundering regulations of the Government of Vietnam (AML), FATCA.
- Open trading accounts for investors and adjust the information as requested.
- Receive, synthesize, and process trading orders of investors.
- Check, compare, and input the investors’ trading orders into the system of the Distribution agent or assigned agents.
- Make corrections and cancel trading orders to comply with regulations.
- Check and compare investors’ trading results.
- Inform the investors of trading results.
- Make payments to investors in terms of redemption payments, and refund payments.
- Perform the inheritance and non-commercial transfer procedures.
- Perform the investors’ ownership confirmation.
- Prepare payments for investors in terms of redemption payment, and refund payment.
- Prepare related expenses for service providers.

**II - Cross functions activities**
- Perform system testing of the new system and other operational supports.
- Support AMD, other related teams, and other distribution agents in terms of trading of investors.
- Maintain the communication network between the fund management organization and other relevant parties.
- Perform tasks assigned by the Head of the Distribution Agent department.

**B - REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Banking, accounting, mathematics, statistics, or equivalent.

**Experience**:At least 3-5 years of experience in fund operations, transfer agent, banking, or related work would be an advance.

**Skill set**:

- Fund operation, data processing, and financial knowledge.
- Excellent in Ms.Office (using Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and related management software.
- Good multi-task and problem-solving abilities, record-keeping skills, and customer, and detail-oriented.
- Good interpersonal and superb communication skills.
- Good time management and the ability to collaborate with others.
- Ability to work under high pressure and good at teamwork.
- Fluent in English and strong skill sets of systematic would-be advantage.
