As Assistant Supply chain manager, you will support the Manager and team in managing procurement, Logistic, and Warehouse.
- Procurement (50%)
- In charge of all procurement requests by the internal department including -R&D, Sales, and MKT team
- Sourcing the best supplier base on 3 categories: quality, delivery time, and cost
- Ensure all PRs processed on time on budget
- Ensure products are available in stock ready for sales and MKT activities. Work with the internal department regarding in-stock inventory and reordering to ensure stock list efficiency.
- Logistics & Warehouse (40%)
- Follow up and responsible for all goods from the factory to the warehouse as custom clearance, documents, and catching up on the timeline on time
- Supervisor the Supply Chain team monitors and controls levels of finished goods stock at Its own warehouses and with distributors to ensure optimal product availability and supply chain planning plus best in class inventory management
- Participate in Supply Chain and cross-functional projects and undertake ad-hoc work as required to support the business from a Supply Chain perspective

Administering Vendor managed, just in time inventory programs
- Budget & Cost Optimize (5%)
- Cost management reports
- Stock management report
- Team Development & SOPs (5%)
- Assist manager monthly training
- Updates SOPs & System

- Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Sourcing skills & saving cost skills.
- Time management
- Experience in the setup warehouse is an advance.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of company products and logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Required experience & education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; Masters's degree preferred.
- Three years of experience as a supervisor, or similar relevant position is required.
