We’re now building **Xwerk** - DeltaFrontier’s flagship **AI-powered Smart Workspace Platform** - and we are looking for a **Full-Stack Developer who can also lead the development team** to bring this vision to life.

**Your Mission**

As the **Full-Stack Developer & Team Lead**, you will take charge of building and scaling **Xwerk**, our AI and data analytics-driven smart workspace platform. You’ll architect and develop intelligent systems that integrate real-time sensor data, automate workspace experiences, and deliver actionable insights to clients via dashboards and APIs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead full lifecycle development** of the Xwerk Smart Workspace Platform—from design, architecture, coding, to deployment and maintenance.
- Develop and optimize **AI-integrated modules**, including facial recognition, behavioral analytics, occupancy prediction, and workplace well-being indicators.
- Build scalable **front-end dashboards** and intuitive **UX/UI** for real-time data visualization and analytics.
- Design and manage **back-end services** to process and analyze data from IoT sensors, video streams, and enterprise systems.
- Architect secure, cloud-native, microservices-based solutions using modern stacks and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UI/UX, AI/ML engineers, QA) to define and deliver roadmap features.
- Mentor junior developers and uphold coding, testing, and deployment best practices across the team.
- Stay ahead of technology trends, particularly in AI, data platforms, and smart building solutions.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s is a plus.
- **5+ years of full-stack development experience** with a strong portfolio of production-grade systems.
- Proficient in:

- **Front-End**: React.js, Vue.js, or Angular with modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- **Back-End**: Node.js, Python (FastAPI, Flask), or Java (Spring Boot)
- **Data & AI Integration**: REST APIs for AI/ML models, real-time data streaming (Kafka/MQTT), WebSocket
- Strong understanding of **database systems** (SQL, NoSQL, time-series DBs) and ORM tools.
- Experience with **cloud platforms** (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to lead a small development team or agile squad.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

**Preferred Experience**
- Experience in **AI/ML projects** (e.g., facial recognition, predictive analytics, anomaly detection)
- Knowledge of **IoT protocols and smart building integrations** (BACnet, Modbus, etc.)
- Familiarity with workplace safety, space utilization, and well-being analytics
