On behalf of UPC Vietnam, you will be responsible for, and the central driver of, successful Land acquisition of one or multiple wind and solar projects including manage land plan and acquisition, create land management plan within the agreed timeframe and financial constraints.
Thay mặt UPC Việt Nam chịu trách nhiệm và thực hiện quản lý sử dụng đất đai có hiệu quả cho một hoặc nhiều dự án năng lượng gió và mặt trời, bao gồm: quản lý việc lên kế hoạch quản lý sử dụng đất đai, lên sáng kiến cho kế hoạch quản lý đất đai trong khuôn khổ thời gian cho phép và giới hạn về tài chính.
Vai trò này đòi hỏi sự sáng tạo, tự lực, quản lý được nhiều chức năng công việc cũng như làm việc với các bộ phận bên trong và bên ngoài.

Responsibilities/Trách nhiệm

Key point of contact for government personnel regarding the project.
Kết hợp với nhân viên quan hệ cộng đồng lên sáng kiến cho kế hoạch quản lý đất đai sao cho phù hợp tiêu chuẩn IFC (Tiêu chuẩn quốc tế về phát triển đất đai) để phát triển đất đai.
Cùng với các phòng ban khác chuẩn bị và tạo tài liệu cho dự án theo đúng các tiêu chuẩn IFC.
Chia sẻ kiến thức nhằm đẩy mạnh sự phát triển chuyên nghiệp trong tổ chức.
Liên lạc và quản lý các bên tư vấn và nhà thầu trên các lĩnh vực công việc mà họ đang thực hiện để hỗ trợ phát triển các dự án.
Prepare and create documentation for the project under IFC Performance standards, along with various other departments.
Work with the Engineering and Design department to effectively site turbines and solar arrays to ensure maximum efficiency, while complying with all required regulations.
Làm việc với bộ phận Kỹ Thuật và Thiết Kế để lắp đặt các trụ tuabin và các tấm năng lượng mặt trời sao cho đảm bảo hiệu quả tối đa, đồng thời tuân thủ tất cả các quy định yêu cầu.
Chịu trách nhiệm tổng thể trong việc dẫn dắt và quản lý tất cả việc phát triển đất đai theo các dự án được giao.
Phát triển và tuân thủ ngân sách đất đai
Là người liên hệ chính với viên chức chính phủ liên quan đến dự án.

- ordinate with community relations officer to create land management plan that meets IFC (International standards on land development) standards for land development
Develop and comply with land budget.
Responsible for creating land acquisition schedule and reporting regularly on status of the schedule.
Lên sáng kiến, chuẩn bị, lập kế hoạch, và đệ trình tất cả các hồ sơ cần thiết cho việc trưng dụng đất phát triển dự án.
Liaise with and manage consultants and contractors working to support the development of the project(s) in their various fields.
Gặp gỡ các thành viên cộng đồng và các viên chức chính phủ để trao đổi về tình hình và qui trình trưng dụng đất dự án
Various other tasks requested by management.
Chịu trách nhiệm lên sáng kiến cho kế hoạch trưng dụng đất và báo cáo thường xuyên về tình trạng tiến độ.
Perform knowledge sharing in order to enhance the professional development within the organization.
Meet with community members and government officers to communicate project land acquisition status and process.
Overall responsible to lead and manage land development for the assigned project(s).

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Have working experience in land acquisition is required
Frequent travel required;
Có Khả năng ưu tiên và quản lý nhiều công việc;
Experience in working with governmental departments in obtaining LARB;
High proficiency in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point, Project) required;
Minimum of 5 year
- successful experience within the land acquisition, understanding the land law;
