Mô tả Công việc
Issuing Fabrication Order according to Material Request.
Updating last shop drawing to relevant Departments from RFF and MFF.
Receiving material request and bill of material and drawing from CSD to make fabrication plan, fabrication order from RFF and MFF, sending to production for fabricating.
Calculating paining quantity and following up painting used of each job, preaparing painting request if needed.
Calculating material and issuing material request (new steel plate or re-use Drop-out (MFF), according to fabrication order.
Releasing Fabrication Table which separates items belonging to each machine and profile.
Preparing cutting plan and controlling drop-out of Flashing. Minimizing waste materials.
Issuing Items Request painting, special raw materials to warehouse.
Assigning shop drawing and request to relevant Departments including Store, Production, QC (RFF & MFF).
Controlling document, updating Inventory Report & Schedule plan.
Making report to General Manager - Viet Nam
Updating data on ERP system.
