- Market Insights: Monitor market trends, industry insights, pricing, consumer behavior analysis, competitive campaigns, and market trend updates to create effective marketing plans aimed at achieving business objectives.
- Product and Brand Management:

- Manage the product portfolio and execute the commercialization of new products (from development to product launch) as assigned and report to the Brand Manager.
- Monitor product distribution, analyze business data, industry trends, and customer reactions.
- Develop growth strategies and actions (supporting the Brand Manager).

3. Others: Assist the Brand Manager in branding projects, ensuring coordination and alignment with brand goals when working with other departments, suppliers, and agencies.Other Responsibilities - Collaborate with internal Marketing Operations teams and relevant departments to conceptualize marketing activities, both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line), with clear timelines and KPIs for approval, coordination, execution control, and necessary adjustments.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3years of experience in brand/product/marketing management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in trend analysis, challenge identification, and market impact assessment through data analysis and market information exploration.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting purposes.
- Ability to work under high pressure, in a dynamic and evolving environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills, as the role involves collaboration with various departments to achieve common goals.
