**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work closely with the CEO and other key executive team members to create, implement
- and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and
- organization policies all designed to foster growth, smoothly and efficiencies within ZA;
- Define the organization’s objectives to reduce and control operational risks through risk
- identification, risk assessment, measurement and mitigation to an acceptable level;
- Plan on budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation programs;
- Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability;
- Motivate and encourage employees at all levels as one of the key leaders in ZA including but
- not limited to professional staff, management level employees and executive leadership
- team members;
- Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees
- and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines;
- Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and
- external processes;
- Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of ZA.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. MBA from Top Business School is preferred;
- Three or more years at the Director/ C-level, managing in a large organizational business;
- A good team player, responsible, adaptable and positive attitude, hardest worker in organization;
- People, organizational and budgeting focused mindset helpful;
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists;
- Exceptional executive presence, operation acumen and presentation skills;
