**Position Summary**/Tóm lược về vị trí**

Technical support for SMT production; workshop equipment management, maintenance, programming, repairing; monitoring and improving processes. Manages SMT department including SMT technicians in the SMT line.

1. Responsible for installing programs and parameters of SMT equipment such as Fuji NXT III, Printer HC400-DEK, SPI -PEMTRON, Mounter Yamaha, Furnace, Reflow Tamura, troubleshooting, monitoring test production. Know Programming Fuji Nexim Mounter machines is an advantage.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về cài đặt chương trình, thông số của thiết bị SMT như Fuji NXT III,_ Printer HC400-DEK,SPI -PEMTRON, Mounter Yamaha, _Lò, Reflow Tamura, khắc phục sửa lỗi, theo dõi sản xuất thử nghiệ_m.Bi_ết về làm chương trình máy Mounter Fuji Nexim là một lợi thế._

2. To be responsible for inspecting, repairing and maintaining SMT equipment and recording, making archival records.
- Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm tra, sửa chữa, bảo trì thiết bị SMT và ghi chép, lập hồ sơ lưu trữ._

3. Responsible for contacting equipment suppliers to maintain and repair major faults.
- Chịu trách nhiệm liên hệ với các công ty cung cấp thiết bị để bảo trì, sửa chữa những lỗi lớn của chuyền SMT._

4. Responsible for inventory and management of SMT equipment materials.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về kiểm kê và quản lý vật liệu thiết bị SMT. _

5. Be responsible for making technical dossiers for SMT production.
- Chịu trách nhiệm lập hồ sơ kỹ thuật sản xuất SMT._

6. Responsible for quality control and irregularities during SMT production.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về việc kiểm soát chất lượng và các bất thường trong quá trình sản xuất SMT._

7. Responsible for running test of new materials.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về chạy thử nghiệm các vật liệu mới. _

8. Responsible for training production department workers, team leaders and related workers to operate equipment safely and correctly.
- Chịu trách nhiệm đào tạo công nhân bộ phận sản xuất, trưởng nhóm và các công nhân viên liên quan để vận hành thiết bị một cách an toàn và chính xác._

9. Responsible for managing production plans and people in the SMT department.
- Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý kế hoạch sản xuất, con người trong phòng SMT._

+2 years working experience.
