Reports to Team Lead at offsite and dotted to onsite team factory manager.
- Provide local technical supports as an extension of the manufacturing engineering team and the process engineering team in USA.
- Facilitate the implementation, procurement, fabrication and use of manufacturing process fixtures and equipment in working with CM/ODM.
- Supervise deployment of manufacturing processes for products, assist with resolving manufacturing engineering issues and escalate to US tech ops team as needed.
- Provide project coordination and supports to all NPI programs going into the CM/ODM site.
- Provide onsite supports to the customer visits from Juniper key clients as needed.
- Work with the technical team at CM and the Juniper Quality Engineering team to assist on component evaluation and the qualification of new vendors and to drive the quality focus at CM via process yield analysis and feedback.
- Ensure proper documentation is created, updated and released for all manufacturing process changes via ECO’s, MCO’s or Deviations which are issued by the Technical Operations group in Sunnyvale.
- Ensure products being built and processes being used at CM are following and adhering to all Juniper requirements.

**Requirements**:

- BS degree in ME, IE, EE or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB Assembly and electronics system assembly.
- Must have detailed, part-by-part experience in most or all of PCB, SMT, PCBA, mechanical, and system build manufacturing engineering.
- Must have excellent failure analysis skills.
- Must have excellent English proficiency, both verbal and written.
- Must have excellent communication and interaction skills.
- Well versed with Windows and Microsoft Office, Adobe usage. Be based and able to travel to the CM/ ODM facility.
