**Responsibilities**:
Payroll & Benefits Administration:

- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage personal income tax (PIT) declarations and ensure proper tax deductions.
- Handle social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records related to salary, benefits, and tax.

Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensure all C&B processes comply with labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance policies.
- Prepare reports on salary, benefits, and related HR metrics for internal use.
- Support audits and compliance checks by providing necessary documentation.

Employee Support:

- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, insurance, and benefits.
- Provide guidance on policies regarding leave, benefits, and taxation.
- Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of C&B operations.

HR Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from multiple sources (HRIS, payroll, performance management, engagement surveys, etc.).
- Develop HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as headcount, turnover, retention, hiring trends, and employee satisfaction.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends to improve workforce planning and HR decision-making.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of full-time experience in C&B operations (payroll, tax, insurance, employee benefits, etc.).
- Experience working in companies with 200+ employees.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and insurance policies in Vietnam.
- Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
- Good communication skills and a customer service mindset.
- Good English communication skills.
