Position Overview:
We are looking for a Regional Operations & Quality Manager - Asia to be based in Vietnam. This role is essential in managing our Vietnam-based operations, including Quality Control, Supply Chain, and Product Development. You will lead the local team to ensure product excellence, timely production, and effective coordination with our U.S. leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the Vietnam-based team (Quality Control, Supply Chain, Product Development).
- Manage and improve quality control systems to ensure consistent product quality.
- Ensure timely completion of all production orders with high standards.
- Supervise new product development and manage sampling with local factories.
- Match new product needs to factory capabilities and manage factory performance.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with factories and suppliers in Vietnam.
- Act as the main contact for Vietnam operations to the U.S. leadership team.
- Drive resolution of production or quality issues using root cause analysis.
- Provide regular progress reports on production, quality, and supply chain activities.
- Promote continuous improvement in operations, processes, and team performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality, production, or operations management.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English; Vietnamese fluency is required. Chinese is a plus.
- Based in Vietnam, with no travel required.
