**Job Description**:
Job Responsibilities:
- Applies broad knowledge and extensive experience to communicate with customers effectively for complex and diverse quality problems and collaborate with MFG operations team for FACA reports and share to customers.- Direct leadership responsibility for subordinates with clearly defined roles.- Reviews and approves work results conducted by subordinates- Performs complex analysis as well as ensures compliance with established quality principles.- Manages subordinates with clearly defined roles within functional disciplines, such as quality assurance, product quality control, in-coming quality control, Six Sigma, ISO, warranty analysis, etc.- Determines priorities and timetables, assigns resources/tasks, and provides performance feedback. Accountable for the activities and results of their subordinates

Job Qualifications:

- English communication skill required.
- Professional quality certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
- Preferred: Degrees must be from an accredited university or college in the appropriate discipline.
