**WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS**

As Wellous Vietnam continues to grow its presence in the digital health and beauty space, the E-commerce Assistant plays a mission-critical role in bridging local execution with regional direction. You will be the connective force between on-the-ground operations and cross-border leadership, ensuring that ideas become action—and action drives measurable results.

By managing the flow of communication, tracking progress, identifying inefficiencies, and integrating AI-driven solutions, your work will directly impact how quickly and effectively we scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-informed, and collaborative environment—and wants to contribute meaningfully to building one of Asia’s most dynamic wellness brands.

**WHAT YOU DO**
- Act as a communication bridge by interpreting during meetings and translating key documents between Chinese and Vietnamese/English.
- Track and follow up on daily e-commerce operations across departments (Marketing, Sales, Content, CS, Operations).
- Support campaign execution on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Meta - including listings, promotions, vouchers, livestream calendars, etc.
- Monitor key e-commerce metrics: NMV (Net Merchandise Value), Conversion Rate (CR), Average Order Value (AOV), ROI on ads, and budget efficiency.
- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks, uncover insights, and propose practical solutions to improve workflows and drive better business results.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notion AI, Canva AI) to support content ideation, automation, report generation, and visual creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely task delivery across campaigns and daily operations.
- Manage budget allocations, timelines, and resource planning for large-scale, complex projects.

**WHAT YOU NEED**
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in E-commerce or project coordination, preferably in a cross-border or bilingual environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Meta) is a plus.
