- assist in designing, developing, and customizing d365 modules using x++, javascript, c#, and/or power platform tools.
- participate in requirement analysis and technical design based on business needs.
- support integration of d365 with other microsoft services or third-party systems (e.g., via power automate, apis).
- perform unit testing, debugging, and fixing bugs.
- maintain documentation for code, configurations, and user guidelines.
- participate in training sessions and keep up to date with microsoft dynamics 365 developments.

- bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in it, computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
- basic knowledge of programming languages such as c#, javascript, or sql.
- familiarity with object-oriented programming (oop) concepts.
- interest or basic exposure to erp/crm systems, especially microsoft dynamics 365, is a plus.
- good problem-solving and communication skills.
- ability to learn new technologies quickly and work well in teams.
- english reading/writing at a technical level
