We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team in delivering the Kinderland English curriculum to preschool students. This role involves both teaching and nurturing responsibilities, aimed at supporting childrens holistic developmentacademically, socially, emotionally, and physically.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum & Learning Delivery**
- Deliver the Kinderland English program to preschool children, fostering confident communication and a love for learning.
- Prepare and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans with clear learning outcomes.
- Contribute to curriculum development, lesson planning, and preparation of teaching materials and resources.
- Facilitate creative and thematic activities such as arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and outdoor play to support cognitive and physical development.

**Child Development & Well-Being**
- Observe and monitor childrens academic progress, behavior, physical health, and social-emotional development.
- Identify learning needs or behavioral concerns and collaborate with homeroom teachers, parents, and relevant stakeholders for early intervention and support.
- Coordinate with Vietnamese teachers to support daily routines, including meals, nap time, hygiene, and playtime.

**Classroom & Behavior Management**
- Establish and maintain a structured and respectful classroom environment using positive discipline strategies.
- Manage daily classroom routines effectively and ensure safety at all times.
- Maintain an organized and stimulating learning environment, including decoration aligned with term themes and classroom tidiness.

**Family & School Engagement**
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents/guardians regarding childrens progress and well-being.
- Prepare student assessment reports and participate in parent-teacher meetings each term.
- Coordinate with colleagues to organize classroom activities, school events, and festive celebrations.

**Professional Growth & Conduct**
- Attend required training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism in appearance, communication, and behavior.
- Embody the mission, vision, and values of the school in daily practice.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (preferred).
- Work Permit or eligibility to obtain one in Vietnam.

**Experience**
- Minimum 12 years of teaching experience in an international or bilingual preschool environment.
- Prior experience teaching in Vietnam is an added advantage.

- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrates passion, patience, flexibility, resilience, and adaptability in working with young children.
- Sound judgment in ensuring child safety and well-being.
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively to unexpected situations.
- Willingness to work at the assigned campus (e.g., D2 location).
