- Tổng hợp các đề xuất mua sắm từ các phòng ban, tìm các nhà cung cấp.
- Liên hệ với các nhà cung cấp, đàm phán mua hàng: giá, các điều kiện về hàng hóa, thanh toán.
- Tư vấn, lựa chọn nhà cung cấp.
- Thực hiện các thủ tục nội bộ trên hệ thống để đơn hàng được phê duyệt.
- Đàm phán hợp đồng.
- Thực hiện các thủ tục đặt hàng với nhà cung cấp, các nghiệp vụ thanh toán với ngân hàng (đối với hàng nhập khẩu hoặc xuất khẩu), logistic, thủ tục hải quan, các thủ tục nhập khẩu hàng hóa theo quy định.
- Tiếp nhận, giải quyết các khiếu nại phát sinh.
- Quản lý, sắp xếp, lưu trữ hồ sơ, chứng từ, hợp đồng.
- Có trách nhiệm xây dựng đơn vị thông qua việc đóng góp ý kiến và thực hành các cải tiến chất lượng phù hợp với định hướng của Công ty. Có trách nhiệm xây dựng môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp đề cao tinh thần đồng đội và trách nhiệm cá nhân.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do cấp trên giao phó.
- _Synthesize procurement proposals from departments, find suppliers. _
- _Contact with suppliers, negotiate purchases: price, conditions of goods, payment.... _
- _Consulting and selecting suppliers. _
- _Implement internal procedures on the system to get orders approved. _
- _Contract negotiation. _
- _Perform ordering procedures with suppliers, payment operations with banks (for imported or exported goods), logistics, customs procedures, and goods import procedures according to regulations. _
- _Receive and resolve arising complaints. _
- _Manage, arrange and store records, documents and contracts. _
- _Responsible for building the unit through contributing ideas and practicing quality improvements in accordance with the Company's orientation. Responsible for building a professional working environment that promotes team spirit and personal responsibility _
- _Perform other tasks assigned by superiors._

**Requirements**:

- Tuổi từ 22-42.

**1. Học vấn**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học, có kinh nghiệm làm các công việc mua sắm, thương mại, các nghiệp vụ xuất nhập khẩu

**2. Kỹ năng Ngoại Ngữ**:

- Tiếng Anh: TOEIC 500 trở lên; nghe, nói, đọc, viết thành thạo bằng tiếng Anh

- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập hoặc theo nhóm.
- Kĩ năng giao tiếp và đàm phán tốt

- Làm việc có kế hoạch và chú tâm đến hiệu suất công việc
- Hoạt bát, chủ động trong công việc
- Tính tuân thủ kỉ luật cao
