**Your key responsibilities:
**Sales Coverage support including support to ACOs (including Origination, RTM ACO, and **SeS **):
- Support Relationship Manager (cum sales roles) on deals and any other adhoc tasks i.e. collection/ comparison of information / revenue, internal MIS for analysis / internal discussions (with relevant stakeholders such as legal, compliance, ops, etc ).
- NCA: supporting RM (including SeS ) relevant guidance to clients that not covered under I&S such as to fill in required bank forms, negotiation of documents with legal, clearing PCR HITs, etc
- KYC review: supporting task/form for business review
- Sending KYC check-list to clients ( SeS clients)
- Off-boarding: guidance to clients.
- Daily support on AML queries and clearance for clients’ transactions hit by AML
- Monthly Good Guy list update
- Daily support on AML queries and clearance for clients’ transactions hit by AML
- Client visits/meetings, upload of call reports, prepare briefing notes and internal updates if required
- Preparing sales pitch deck
- Inform clients on regulation update/ad-hoc notification.

**2. Credit related activities**
- Sending daily TD rates, lending rates, OTC FX price to clients, when requested.
- Supporting in printing loan docs, sending to clients
- Credit related inquiries’ feedbacks
- Calculation of shortfall margin, follow up with approval
- Jointly with TFAS in follow up yearly documents on credit related (client’s business plans, audited financials, loan docs, write up, forms)

**3. Handling **SeS **clients **‘ **queries**:

- Day to day service for clients regarding their inquiries/requests on their accounts, transactions, or static amendment request like change of signatories, address etc. ( SeS )
- Prepare, in coordination with relevant stakeholders, client reference letters, solvency certificates, credit information reports, good standing certificates (for SeS )
- Supporting clients on daily queries (balance, transactions, etc.); settlement, dbdi issue etc across all clients of custody. Respond to clients and their auditors with requested information and document through co-ordination with relevant internal teams.

**4. Others**:
Coordinate team activities, FS collection, FS information update, CUP, forms dox request, inform update regulation to clients, etax e-custom etc
- Translation of document if required.
- Marketing activities support to CB team and other assignments by manager.
- Admin tasks if required/assigned by Manager

**Your skills and experience**:

- University degree and/or professional qualification in Finance or Banking or relevant major. Master/MBA is an advantage.
- Less than 2 years of working experience
- Fast learner and hard working. Excellent in interpersonal skills, problem solving
- Solution oriented
- Client centricity mindset
- Positive, commitment. Strong ability to adapt to change
- Focused, well-organized, effective time management
- Great team player and effectively dealing with complex organization structure, multinational cultures
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese. Other languages (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin) is an advantage
