**We're seeking a**Creator Engagement Intern** to help us expand our network of content creators for the YouTube Shopping Affiliate program. This role involves researching and identifying creators, managing our database, and assisting with initial outreach and coordination to help build strategic partnerships.**:
**What You Will Do**:

- **Research & Identify Creators**: Discover and evaluate potential content creators across YouTube and other social media platforms whose content aligns with social commerce and affiliate marketing, with the goal of expanding the affiliator network for the YouTube Shopping Affiliate program.
- **Database Management**:Compile and regularly update creator lists, including key information such as subscriber/follower count, content category, and engagement metrics.
- **Initial Outreach & Coordination**: Draft and send initial outreach messages, assist in scheduling meetings, and help prepare collaboration materials.
- **Presentation & Team Support**: Support the preparation of company profiles, pitch decks, and other documents; assist the team with coordination and follow-ups.
- **Trend Monitoring & Reporting**: Stay updated on platform policies and trends related to the Creator Economy and YouTube monetization; provide weekly progress reports on outreach and onboarding efforts.

**Who You Are**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.
- A strong interest in digital content, the Creator Economy, and affiliate marketing.
- Basic knowledge of social platforms like YouTube, TikTok and Facebook.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in research and outreach.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Sheets, Slides, and basic Excel.
- A team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
