**_Position Overview:_**

**What Will You Do**:

- **Creator Outreach and Engagement**:

- Identify and research potential creators across various social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Initiate contact and build relationships with emerging and established creators.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to familiarize creators with AnyMind's tools and services.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to promote brand partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with client goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, promptly addressing their needs and concerns.
- Foster long-term relationships with creators to ensure loyalty and continuous collaboration.
- Organize and host events, webinars, and workshops to engage and educate creators.
- **Content Strategy and Development**:

- Collaborate with creators to develop compelling content that aligns with brand objectives.
- Guide content strategies, trends, and best practices to enhance creator growth.
- Review and approve content to ensure it meets quality standards and campaign requirements.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Track and report on key performance metrics, campaign outcomes, and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data to drive strategic decisions and optimize future campaigns.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the digital content landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and social media management platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Experience working with content creators and influencers.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital and influencer marketing.
