- Interior concept design.
- Interior Design - 2D/3D design.
- Conferring with clients to determine factors affecting to planning interior environments, interior design preferences, purpose and function
- Visiting sites, taking note of necessary information and reporting to design manager/project leader.
- Advising clients on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination.
- Participating in all phases of ID process, from Concept to Construction follow-up.
- Producing 2D/3D (sketch up) technical and detailed drawings to illustrate the project to the Client but also to other design departments
- Providing illustrations for products whenever necessary.
- Controlling quality of 2D designs at all stages of design.
- Coordinating to print and bind all materials according to project requirements.
- Controlling design project files.
- Professional use of 3D sketch up for Client and team presentations.
- Proactively communicate and coordinate with clients, external parties and internal teams to ensure projects flow smoothly without delay
- Performing other tasks as assigned by line manager.
- Following all reporting procedures as instructed.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Can-do attitude, proactive communication and attention to details
- University degree in Architecture or Interior Design Major.
- From 5 years’ experience or above
- Proficiency in using in order of importance: Sketchup, Auto cad, Indesign, Photoshop, Indesign, Microsoft Office and office machines
- Ability to use other softwares (Illustrator, 3d max) is a plus
- Proficiency in 4 skills of English: writing, speaking, listening, reading.
- Aesthetical, creative, organization skills
- Enthusiast in learning and improving for personal and career development.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member, under pressure and tight deadline with minimum supervision.
- Critical thinking to solve/foresee problems before asking others
- Good knowledge of construction details and materials
- Good hand sketching skills
