̵ All architectural design works from concept as per Client's requirements

̵ The above design works are for Tender Drawings, Concept Design, Basic Design, Detail Design and As-Built Drawings

̵ Continuous updating, following up with the Design Work's relevant Legal Requirements, Regulations, Standards...

̵ Liaise with project managers, clients, sub-contractors, material suppliers to ensure the construction is in compliance with approved design and specifications, quality, quantity, progress and budget

̵ Manage and supervise other design team members to maintain design schedule and produce quality design as required

̵ Train Architect and Junior Architects for their career development through provided design works

̵ Report to Design Manager for work progress and outstanding issues to agree on solutions

̵ Other duties assigned by Design Manager from time to time

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
̵ Vietnamese citizen only, Application CVs should be in English

̵ Graduated from Architecture University or relevant Universities

̵ At least 3 years of experience in the same position

̵ Good leadership and management skill

̵ Good command of spoken and written English, especially English in design and construction

̵ Having good skill of sketch to transfer information to relevant sections to execute the works

̵ Manage assigned design works fulfilling the required quality within agreed deadlines.

̵ Having Architect Profession Practicing Certificate

̵ Proactive and initiative personality

̵ Self-motivated, performance driven and able to work in a team or independently

** BENEFITS:
̵ Salary is negotiable (competitive and depend on experience and performance)

̵ Pay full social insurance according to your gross basic salary including of during the 2 months of probationary period.

̵ Paid 24/24 accident insurance for 2 months of probation, health care package of PTI/Aon after passing the probationary period.

̵ The average bonus is 1-3 months of year-end salary in December every year, and review salary in January.

̵ Company trip, Year -end party every year but for a few years recently of covid issues, it cannot be implemented and will be compensated with a symbolic incentive voucher

̵ Holidays, birthdays, women's day, weddings, childbirth, funerals have more vouchers

̵ There are more benefits more if participating Trade Union

̵ Annual leave of 12 days and will be increase more 1 day after 5 working years for all level are the same. Especially for national holidays, you can take more 5 days leave than the standard of labor law
