**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Architect to join MTI Technology Vietnam. As a Technical Architect, you will be involved in all phases of the product development cycle including requirements analysis, conceptual design, project estimation, detailed design, software construction and deployment. Moreover, you will facilitate and lead the core development process as well as ensure proper interaction with existing or new technology.

You are either **an experienced Senior Developer or a Junior Technical Architect** with a strong technical capability who wants to take it up a notch in your professional career and eager for new challenges. You are expected to provide technical solutions and leadership as well as mentorship for your project and team members.

In addition, you will be a proven team player, independent thinker, and have a collaborative attitude towards your work and colleagues.

**Your Job Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Development & Testing, focused on developing technical backlog (more critical functionalities and architecture mechanisms).
- Responsible for Technical Grooming & Design with good practices as well as processes.
- Responsible for Quality Assurance with good process, practices and analysis tools.
- Effectively answers technical questions and trains professionals of his/her team on their day-to-day project tasks on a timely basis for each individual case.
- Responsible for Non-Functional Requirements (e.g. Performance, Security, Reliability, Maintainability...)
- Clearly communicates architectural standards to his/her team.
- Assist leaders to define a Technical Backlog.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**Who we are looking for**:

- 5+ years of experience and great knowledge of fundamental frameworks for** **Java
- Good experience on working at least one cloud platform (_Azure or AWS or GCP_).
- Good knowledge of Non-Functional Requirements (_e.g. Security, Performance, Scalability _). Be able to identify, treat, interpret and come up with conclusions about Non-Functional Requirements of a project.
- Good understanding of Database and Query Performance Tuning.
- Good knowledge of architecture standards and solutions for his/her base technology platform, including reference architectures, integration models/architectures (_Clean Architecture, Micro-services, DDD _).
- Good knowledge of Quality Assurance and Development & Testing (_Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing_).
- Good experience on engineering practices (_CI/CD)_
- Strong problem-solving skill.
- Understands and expresses himself/herself in English freely, fluently and accurately, and can infer information from what has been spoken or written in more complex situations.
- Be able to demonstrate calmness and self-control even in adverse situations.

**Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualifications**:

- Knowledge on DevOps/DevSecOps
- Knowledge on Container/Docker/Kubernetes
- Knowledge on frontend frameworks Vue.js, React.js
- Familiar with working in an Agile environment
