- Arranging, checking the working progress of HR staff
- Manage monthly Payroll & Social Insurance
- Design & manage training programs
- Managing Company’s cost ( Labor & Admin cost)
- Implementing, managing Foreigners Affairs (Work permit, Resident card, ect)
- Other tasks as assigned by the superior

- Able to use English/Korean fluently
- Having experience in HR for 5 years or more as manager (HR) at manufacturing factories with 300 or more employees
- Confident, have a high sense of responsibility in the work, having experience in managing Staffs
- Time arrangement skills
- Manager who can work autonomously with strong work-ethic
- Able to self-manage and manage your own team
