- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and facilitating interviews.
- Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Manage employee records and maintain HR databases with up-to-date information.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide HR support to employees on various inquiries and issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices and procedures.
- Prepare and comply with ISO standards for HR procedures.
- Prepare reports and documentation for HR metrics and compliance.

- Problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
