**Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead**
**Duration**: 6 months (extendable)

We are supporting a healthcare project from Portugal partner utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud for customer interactions. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple Salesforce clouds, providing a valuable learning experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure business continuity by supporting global Salesforce instances in production.
- Document workflow processes, lists of values, migration plans, and standard operating procedures in line with business requirements.
- Evaluate the impact of proposed changes, suggest alternative solutions, and perform impact analysis.
- Assist in the Customer’s integration program, collaborating with integration leads on data processes between Salesforce and third-party solutions like marketing automation or ERP systems.
- Effectively communicate with IT leaders and business users regarding the status of enhancements, projects, and open production support tickets.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud and Health Cloud.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce developer working on Sales, Service, and Community Clouds.
- Strong expertise in custom Salesforce development, including Apex, Aura, Process Builder, Flow, LWC, Visualforce, basic administration, reporting, and general design concepts.
- Proficient in the Aura framework and Lightning framework, especially in developing custom lightning components for Salesforce Community pages.
- Expertise in DevOps best practices, CI/CD, and deployment for enterprise-scale IT organizations, using Salesforce-specific tools like Copado or Git, Bamboo, etc.
- Experience in building web services using SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON.
- Proficiency in API integration with middleware platforms like Mulesoft.
- Knowledge of any Object-Oriented Programming language (Java or.NET) is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
