**Job Title**:Salesforce Business Analyst**

**Duration**: 6 months (extendable)

We are supporting a healthcare project from a Portugal partner leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud for customer interactions. This role offers exposure to multiple Salesforce clouds, providing an excellent learning opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand user journeys and associated technology to document and enhance user experiences on Experience Cloud sites.
- Participate in requirements elicitation sessions with department leaders and stakeholders to document user processes, business rules, terminology, and development needs for small to medium-sized projects.
- Collaborate with the DPO to write user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business requirements for the Scrum team backlog.
- Engage in UX design sessions to translate requirements into Experience Cloud designs.
- Develop supporting documentation, including process flows and mockups.
- Assist the DPO in compiling documentation for legal and compliance reviews by business stakeholders.
- Provide support during Sprints to help the Scrum team understand business and functional requirements, value, and expectations.
- Learn key portal functionalities and back-end processes to determine functional requirements.
- Write SIT and UAT test cases for small to medium-sized projects.
- Offer feedback on work in progress, clarify requirements, and ensure development meets acceptance criteria.
- Support the Quality Assurance testing strategy and plan, including writing test scenarios for user acceptance testing and creating test data.
- Provide UAT support to business testers.
- Participate in both Business and Technical Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions, ensuring all documentation is finalized before handing off to the Production Support team.
- Prepare training documentation and support business trainers during end-user training sessions.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of reports/dashboards using Salesforce report builder, Workbench, or other reporting tools.
- Communicate effectively with business users regarding the status of enhancements, projects, and open production support tickets.
- Translate product support tickets into requirements for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure bug fixes and enhancement requirements are fully understood and approved.
- Work within the IT change control process to ensure successful deployment of bug fixes and enhancements to production.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud and Health Cloud.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- At least 1 year of experience working on Commercial/Sales process improvement projects.
- Recent or current hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- Minimum certification as a Salesforce Administrator; additional certifications are a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting or working with a Commercial organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or another regulatory-controlled industry.
