**About Tridge**:
We are looking for ambitious and energetic **Sales Managers** residing in Hanoi to help us engage with local buyers in the food service, production sectors. In this role, your mission is to sell large volumes of internationally imported fruits to the domestic customers. This job is all about achieving and exceeding sales targets by hitting the phones, creating new clients. If you are motivated and results-driven and enjoy working in a team environment, we would like to meet you.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Lead commercial negotiations autonomously with local retailers, wholesalers, and distributors and markets resulting in the best possible sales conditions.
- Relate to customers by phone on a daily basis and handle their orders, prepare and elaborate quotations.
- Follow up on market developments and translate opportunities quickly into sharp and adequate commercial actions.
- Realize sales growth and achieve targets of revenue and margin.
- Build long lasting relationships with customers.
- Research on local products with strong demand (import potential) and report to Tridge HQ, Korea.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5+ years of B2B sales experience in imported fruit sector
- Experience managing quality inspection and logistics processes
- Language proficiency: Vietnamese (native level), and English (business level)
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit as well as managerial skills
- Networker, 'peoples business' type
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Qualities: Stress resistant and proactive, can handle the imperfections of others, solution driven, achiever

**Preferred backgrounds**:

- Resides in Hanoi
- Education level: BSc/MSc in agriculture, business administration or similar
