**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end execution of LPG/LNG projects, ensuring adherence to Bureau Veritas Vietnam’s standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication with all project stakeholders.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications, ensuring alignment with client requirements and engineering best practices.
- Oversee the allocation of project resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to maintain efficient project progress.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management and clients, highlighting milestones, challenges, and any changes in scope.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project components are delivered on schedule and meet required specifications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and Bureau Veritas Vietnam’s quality management systems throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project to maintain momentum and achieve project objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Process or Mechanical specialty preferred).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in onshore Oil and Gas projects, with significant exposure to LPG/LNG projects.
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or Site Construction Supervisor for at least one LPG/LNG project, focusing on Project Management Consultancy Services and Construction Supervision.
- Strong project management skills, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with relevant safety, quality, and industry standards in the Oil and Gas sector.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of onshore oil and gas industry processes, regulations, and standards.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams.
- Prior experience working in Quang Ninh Province or similar settings is a plus.
