MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
2. Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media channels and all online channels including third party websites, OTA’s.
3. Launch optimized online adverts through GDN, social media, etc. to increase company and brand awareness with an appointed digital agency.
4. Be actively involved in SEO and SEM.
6. Measure performance of digital marketing channels on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
7. Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
8. Creative, innovative and aware of technology trends in the travel industry
9. Maintain consistency and brand presence on all online channels
10. Track online reputation and update brand website for the both hotels.
11. Stimulate support and development of the online strategy within the hotels
12. Other tasks and responsibilities are assigned by Director of Marketing and Communications and Director of Sales & Marketing.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Good attitude and can work under pressure
- Experience working in a team environment on both small and large online projects.
- Must be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and with shifting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English. Local language and source market language a plus
- Team Player and excellent interpersonal skills
- Fundamental skills to project management
