Working hours: 20 hours/week from Monday to Friday.
Location: 3th Floor, Vinaconex Tower - 34 Lang Ha, Dong Da, Hanoi.
Duration: Until 30 April 2026.
Type of contract: Service contract with possible extension.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop high-quality e-learning content, including interactive activities, assessments, and storyboards with strict adherence to project specifications.
- Create learning materials for both synchronous (live) and asynchronous (self-paced) online environments.
- Actively participate in project meetings, brainstorming sessions, and team training.
- Collaborate with teammates to support project goals and adapt to emerging needs.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- SLA: Effective understanding of communicative language teaching and contemporary educational methodologies.
- English Proficiency: Near-native proficiency (equivalent to TOEFL 110+ or IELTS 7.5+ in Speaking & Writing).
- Pedagogical Expertise: Proven experience teaching productive and receptive skills in face-to-face and online setting.
- Materials Development: Demonstrated experience creating educational materials for online learning environments.

**Required Skills**:

- Cultural sensitivity and critical thinking skills
- E-Learning Tools: Foundational knowledge of instructional design principles and familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle.
- Adaptability: A flexible and resilient mindset, with the ability to manage priorities effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven project environment.
- Proactive Learner: A passion for educational technology and a strong aptitude for acquiring new pedagogical and technical skills on the job.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with a reflective and self-motivated approach to work.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
