Digital Banking Trainer & LMS Management & Development Specialist will be responsible for:
- Design & deliver and update training on digital banking products and services related;
- Admin & Logistic supporting for training courses by detailed assignment
- Administer, manage & develop the eLearning system
- Design, create monthly training calendar, newsletter, banners and internal announcements for training programs and training activities
- Support Manager to manage supporting policies for training programs and training activities
- Other tasks assigned by Director/Manager
Main tasks as below:
- Develop & Deliver Digital Banking Training Courses
+ Design training materials and content for digital banking products and services for employees
+ Conduct training courses for employees on digital banking products and services including individual mobile banking, corporate internal banking & digital banking services
+ Evaluate the effectiveness of the training courses/programs in charge;
+ Self-development and continuous update the training content related to digital banking to align with the Bank’s policies and procedures
- Manage & Develop the E-Learning System
+ Administer, manage and support the E-learning System including but not limited to user management, content updates, reporting management, testing setting, fixing bugs/errorsfor better learning experiences
+ Collaborate with HO Departments to digitize (self-digitization/digitization by vendors) e-learning courses e.g. ICT, Internal Control E-courses or other e-courses aligned with business needs
+ Work with the system vendor to develop eLearning modules/ functions & update the LMS for enhancing users’ experiences
+ Technical support and troubleshooting for eLearning system
- Training Administration & Logistics Preparation Support as Assignment
+ Plan & prepare for training facilities and logistics for organized training courses and programs under Shinhan Academy including training registration, tea-break, meal, training materials, standees, certificates, gifts, transportation & accommodation support, testing, survey
+ Follow up after training for report after training, invoices, payment
- Support Internal Communication & Design for Training Activities and Program
+ Create brochures, newsletters, banner, training templates,to promote training activities
+ Design training related communication notices for internal announcement and updates.
- Other tasks on assignment by Manager/Director
**Job Requirement**:
- Experience in training and development, preferably in the banking and financial industry;
- Strong knowledge and understanding of digital banking products, services and digital transformation;
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate to prepare for training activities and program
- Hand-on experience in or interest in/ability to learn E-Learning Management System (LMS) administration and development
- Having ability to develop interactive and engaging E-Learning content
