**GENERAL IT CONSULTING AND IMPLEMENTATION LEADER**

**What you’ll be doing**
- Supports Head of IS to run assigned programs/ projects as per Global IT directive or local HVN business requirements.
- Play an architecture role to Review/Update/Build up Configuration standards for Network / System.
- (Along with 1 reporting staff), be focal point and coordinate with IT service lead and IT Technical Lead for all new IT service request and coordinate with all stakeholders to supply solution and action plan.
- Support in monitoring workforce and propose balance scorecard for IT operation and workload measurement/ improvement.
- Work closely with Admin, Procurement, Accounting teams in managing Vendors / Partners.
- Maintain and proposed new controls for ISO 27001 / Security improvements for HVN operations.
- Analysis on Business request for new project/opportunity and propose required solutions.

**What you bring to the team**
- Strong IT knowledge and wide range of experience on one or several technology stack: System (Windows/ Linux), Network/Firewall, Virtualization.
- Knowledge of ITIL management processes, ISO27001 standards.
- Strong command of English communication.
- Organization & Planning
- Communication and leadership
- Critical thinking, problem solving.
- Ownership and “Can Do” attitude.
- Certifications preferred:

- Network - CCNP equivalent
- Windows/Linux Administrator
- VmWare
- Azure / O365 Certified or equivalent
- IT Service Management
