**Position Description**
- Responsible for the Japanese business, maintain the order of Japanese customers in the Asia-Pacific region, responsible for the reception in the Asia-Pacific region, accompany visiting customers, inspect the inspection site, inspect the production plant.
- Collect purchasing information of Japanese customers in the Asia-Pacific region, market information of Chinese companies' industrial chain transfer in the Asia-Pacific region, and develop new customers.
- Collect market information, participate in Asia Pacific exhibitions, and develop new customers
- Engaged in inspection documents, followed up the changes of customer service requirements, provided timely services, reported to the China headquarters and provided solutions for customers
- Responsible for analyzing customer complaints in the Asia-Pacific region and submitting improvement countermeasures
- Maintain new and old customer relationships through supplier factory visits

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- More than 3 years' experience in Sino-Japanese trade related work;
- Experience in Japanese quality management of groceries, shoes, clothing, etc.
- Relevant experience in foreign trade business or merchandising in Japan;
- Good communication skills and coordination
- Strong sense of responsibility, with pioneering and persistent spirit
- Can travel to China for short time

**Language ability**

Chinese: Japanese & Chinese: Business communication skills;
Non-Chinese: Japanese & English: Business communication skills;
Nationality: Unlimited

**Salary**: USD800-1200/ month

Bonus: Business KPI bonus (negotiation)

Pay: 800₫ - 1,200₫ per month
